When you purchase REVEAL^® — OPIN Systems' electronic report distribution and document management application — your Administrators are automatically included in a training program. They are taught how to obtain maximum benefit from REVEAL and how to encourage users to become proficient.

Hands-on Training

REVEAL System Administrator

This is a training program designed to train the technical staff to successfully install, configure and implement the REVEAL products. The course is conducted in a lab environment, which offers practical, hands-on experience and discussion. Topics include:

	Installation of REVEAL Software
	System Configuration
	Implementation Methods
	Troubleshooting

The training also reviews the REVEAL Administrator Manager (RAM) application including:

	Defining and Capturing Reports
	Adding Users
	Setting Security Rules
	Indexes
	Export Templates
	Defining Generation Descriptions
	Defining Retention Rules (Archive / Delete)
	Automation
	System and Database Maintenance

End-User Training

This program is conducted in a "train the trainer" setting where a few individual trainers are taught how to teach end-users. This program is designed to train administrators to teach end-users and/or their training staff how to use the REVEAL client applications. It is an interactive and hands-on experience that allows the users of REVEAL to learn the functionality of the system using their own reports.

	Classes can be conducted at either the customer's site or at OPIN Systems' training facilities in Minneapolis.
	Tuition includes instruction and course materials. Students are responsible for their own transportation, lodging and meals outside of class.
